Students

Dr. Bai’s philosophy is to educate his students to be competitive in the job
market after their graduation. Among his Ph.D. students, two of them have become assistant professors; and one of them is a research scientist in the Texas Transportation Institute. Many of his master students and undergraduate research assistants are working for top engineering and construction firms after graduation.
